The décor featured a lovely mix of charm and comfort, with a cozy atmosphere that made navigating the hotel easy for seniors like myself. The spacious areas were inviting, allowing for relaxing strolls through the property.

More seating options in common areas would be helpful.

    beautiful terrace

The Dormy House offered a superb dining experience with a delicious carvery featuring melt-in-the-mouth turkey, and a welcoming atmosphere enhanced by attentive staff. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, and the terrace with sea views is perfect for relaxing on sunny days.

    cozy atmosphere
    great location
    solid breakfast
    disappointing carvery

Had a fantastic stay with friends, loved the cozy atmosphere. We explored a local theatre producing amazing summer shows and visited the RNLI museum. Breakfast was solid and the rooms were comfy. Expect a great location close to the beach, though it can get busy. Perfect for a group getaway!

One dinner experience was disappointing. the carvery didn’t meet expectations. Some dishes were overcooked and bland, which was a letdown after hearing good things.

    Good food and friendly vibe

Had a mixed experience here. The food was def a highlight, especially the carvery – some of the best I've had! The staff were super nice, but service was a bit scattered and we waited ages for desserts. Lovely dog-friendly spaces, but the parking was chaotic – def needs some improvement.

pleasant stay but needs some improvements

The staff delivered excellent service, always welcoming with a smile. The food served was among the best I've experienced in a long time, particularly at breakfast, which offered a wide range of fresh choices.

The sea view was lovely, yet the room lacked adequate soundproofing.

    parking space issue

We had a lovely time enjoying the delicious carvery with perfectly cooked meats and an impressive selection of desserts. The sun terrace was a perfect spot to relax, and the games room kept the kids entertained. Just a little hiccup when we arrived as our parking space was taken, but the staff sorted it quickly. 😊
